Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Great care goes into designing, building, and packaging each product, but sometimes things don't go as expected. If you have any issues, please reach out to support@marmech.co with any questions.
3D Printed Products
Though we highly value the appearance of our products, due to the nature of 3D printing, small irregularities, surface texture variations, and minor imperfections are to be expected and considered normal.
Non-refundable Items
Custom, made-to-order items such as our Artisan Keycap Trays are non-returnable. Final sale items cannot be returned. We currently not offering exchanges for items.
Returns Within 14 Days
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Email support@marmech.co or use the Contact Us form with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unused, undamaged, and include all items in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
If the items are inspected to be not in their original condition or do not include all items in the order, a partial or no refund will be granted at the discretion of marmech.co.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Lost, and Stolen Packages
Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
